Shoe Mo Delivery is here!

We are so excited to announce that our Delivery Service is officially launched in Malaysia and Singapore! Here’s a quick guide on how to use it.

We are proud to be the first service brand to have Online Delivery Service, since this concept is new, you might have some questions. Have a look at our FAQs:

1. Payment

Online payment should be made via Braintree/iPay88 on our website before picking up. We don’t accept Cash on Delivery.

No pick up will be arranged for unpaid orders and unpaid orders will be cancelled within 2 weeks.

2. Why do i need to take photos of my shoes?

Your photos are important for us to examine your shoes condition. Please attach your shoes photos with proper white lighting and clear angles. Do take photos of the damages on the shoes (if any).

3. What if I’m not at home?

Upon pick-up: We will call you in advance to make sure you can make it. Please arrange to pass your shoes to us, or let us know if you drop them with the concierge/ lobby staff/ guard house. You can reschedule if you are not available when we contact you.

Upon drop off: We will call you in advance to make sure to handover you your shoes. Please let us know if you want us to pass to concierge/ lobby staff/ guard house.

We will apply extra charges for uncontactable customers (after confirmation of drop off time) because our runner has to make a second trip to collect/ drop off your shoes.

4. Delivery Hours

Our delivery service runs 1pm-5pm from Mon-Fri. Delivery service are not available during weekends and public holidays. If your requested pick up time is on a public holiday, we will contact you to reschedule to the soonest time.

5.  Can I self pick up at the outlet?

Yes you can! You will know which outlet service your shoes so you can arrange to come and collect once your shoes are ready!

6. What if I want extra service like customization?

Please contact us at contact@myshoemo.com for extra service that is not listed in our delivery list.

7. Refund Policy

Delivery charges are non-refundable. Service charges are refundable case by case, to be discussed with customers. All refund shall be made via online transfer within 10 business days.
